How does it work?

  • Place the hearing aids in the charger to initiate the standard charging cycle. Charging will
    continue while the care process is active.
  • To start the care process, close the cover and press the care process button.
  • The care process begins with UV-C LEDs and ventilated aid active simultaneously.
    • UV-C LEDs active for 4 minutes
    • Ventilated aid active for 2 hours
  • If at any point during the care process the lid is opened, the care process will stop. This will not stop the charging process.
  • The entire care process lasts 2 hours. Once the care cycle is complete, the care-cycle button LED will turn green.
  • At this point, the hearing aids can be removed from the case or left in the case to continue charging. A full charging cycle lasts 3 hours.
