ReSound’s Phone Clip+ is a discreet device that connects wirelessly to Bluetooth-enabled phones. It streams the caller’s voice directly to the user’s hearing aids, while the microphone on the Phone Clip+ picks up their own voice. If background noise begins to intrude, there’s a mute button that deactivates the hearing aids’ microphones.
The Phone Clip+ is not just for phone calls. It can stream any audio coming from the Bluetooth-enabled phone, such as music. With the Phone Clip+, their hearing aids work like wireless stereo headphones.
The Phone Clip+ can also be used as a remote control to adjust the volume or mute their hearing aids and switch programs.
How do I use it?
Clip the Phone Clip+ on your sweater, jacket or other clothing so that the microphone inlet faces upwards. This ensures that the microphone is positioned optimally to pick up your voice during phone conversations. The Phone Clip+ has a swivel clip to ensure that you can always place it so that the microphone inlet faces upwards towards the mouth.
For optimal voice pick-up, keep the device within a range of 10-30 cm from your mouth.
What is the operating range of the Phone Clip+?
The Phone Clip+ supports Bluetooth operation up to a range of approximately 10 meters.
