What is the difference between Pure Charge&Go IX and Pure Charge&Go T IX?
The “T” stands for telecoil. The Pure Charge&Go T IX has a telecoil for hearing aid wearers who want to connect directly to audio loop systems. The Pure Charge&Go IX does not have a telecoil.
Can I stream phone calls and/or music directly to Pure Charge&Go IX hearing aids?
Yes. With Pure Charge&Go IX, you can use direct audio streaming from iOS (Apple) devices with the “made-for-iPhone (MFi)” hearing aid standard as well as certain Android devices using the ASHA standard. Audio streaming from other mobile devices (Android smartphones without ASHA, older Apple devices, PCs, laptops and other Bluetooth mobile devices) is possible via Signia’s StreamLine Mic accessory.
Can I stream from my TV to Pure Charge&Go IX hearing aids?
Yes. With Signia StreamLine TV accessory, you can stream from your TV directly to Pure Charge&Go IX hearing aids.
How can I make adjustments to thePure Charge&Go IX hearing aids?
There are push buttons on the hearing aids for onboard control. Additionally, it can also be controlled remotely via the Signia app, which is freely downloadable onto your smartphone, or via the small and easy-to-use Signia miniPocket remote control.
